Inventory Bridge Privacy Policy

Funkycrap Inventory Bridge is an internal business tool used by Funkycrap to connect Funkycrap inventory records with Funkycrap's authorized eBay seller account. This policy explains how information obtained through eBay is used and protected.

Information the application may access

When the authorized eBay account grants access, the application may receive eBay account and listing information necessary to operate the integration, such as listing identifiers, listing status, titles, prices, item details, inventory or offer data, and listing images or image references. The application only seeks access appropriate to its inventory and listing-management functions.

How information is used

eBay information is used only for Funkycrap's internal business operations, including reconciling Funkycrap inventory with eBay listings, retrieving source listing information and photos, preparing listing work, and maintaining accurate marketplace records.

Sharing and sale of information

Funkycrap does not sell or rent eBay user information. Information is not disclosed to unrelated third parties except when necessary to operate or secure the service, comply with law, or satisfy eBay platform requirements.

Retention and deletion

eBay-derived information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the internal inventory and listing functions described above, legal or accounting obligations, security, and platform compliance. Funkycrap maintains an endpoint for eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications and will process applicable deletion requests received through eBay in accordance with eBay requirements and applicable law.

Security

Funkycrap uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access to application credentials and eBay-derived information. Access to internal Funkycrap tools is restricted.

Authorization and revocation

Access to non-public eBay account information requires authorization from the relevant eBay account. That authorization may be revoked through eBay's account controls.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the integration changes or as legal, security, or eBay platform requirements evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
