FunkyCrap Boutique is proud to offer free domestic shipping on all orders.  We adhere to the following shipping policy:

  • All orders placed will be shipped within two (2) business days from the date the order was received.
  • For your peace of mind, all items are well-packaged with safe arrival as our top priority.  While accidents do happen in transit, we do our best to package the item so in the event of rain, snow, sleet or hail, your item will still arrive safe and sound.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please let us know and we will follow up with the carrier.
  • All items are shipped via standard shipping, or the least expensive shipping option given the total weight of the package sent.  For most items, this means that we use First Class Mail, via the U.S. Postal Service.
  • We do offer expedited shipping at low rates, available for you to choose at checkout.
  • We gladly process international orders and have extensive experience shipping worldwide.
  • While we try to accommodate as many requests as we can, we are not able to label your purchase as a gift on the accompanying customs form, due to international shipping regulations. 

Returns

We are proud to offer thirty (30) day money back guarantees on all items purchased from our store. 

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within thirty (30) days from purchase, please contact us to let us know you're returning the item, and ship the item back to:

    • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure the item is in the same condition as when we shipped it, and process the refund. 
    • You will then receive notification that the refund was issued and the money returned to your account.
    • While we are happy to accept returns, please note that the refund will be for the cost of the purchase only.  Any return shipping fees incurred while returning the item will not be included in the refund unless we have erred in some way.  We try to keep those instances to an extreme minimum!
